Founded in 1990, Kaihua Electronics is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the R&D, production, and sale of various electronic switches, jacks, encoders, and sockets such as mechanical keyboard switches, joysticks, push-button switches, illuminated switches, waterproof switches, micro switches, tact switches, slide switches, detector switches, toggle switches, rocker switches, dip switches, miniature jacks and USB connectors. They are marketed under our own brands - Kailh, Longhua, and Lofair.
Providing Absolute Support
One of our popular products is the illuminated switch. We have various structures and colors for fixed stands and covers. Customers may choose any color LED and we can assemble it with either DIP or SMT. Buttons are tactile types, which means haptics are remarkable. Also, customers may design the outer assembly parts according to their requirements.
Using Materials from Japan and Germany
Our factories cover an area of 30,000 square meters, and house 50 production lines, 100 plastic injection machines, and more than 200 punching machines. We employ over 2,000 staff and have molding and assembly departments. We produce more than 2,000 kinds of products and output 6,000,000pcs every day. We import materials from Japan and Germany, as well as from some suppliers that we have been cooperating with for 20 years.
Meeting UL, CSA, VDE, CCC, and ISO Standards
We have 100 QC staff with five to 10 years of experience to ensure the highest product quality. They utilize advanced inspection equipment and instruments such as high-precision projectors, AC/DC loading checkers, and high-voltage testers from Switzerland. Their meticulousness has earned us UL, CSA, VDE, CCC, and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
Launching 10 New Products Monthly
We allocate 30% of sales into our R&D operations and have 20 engineers with five to 10 years of experience. They develop 10 new products every month. Also, with their help, we hold more than 20 patents.
